I loved Elle's first book 'Shine Not Burn', it was funny, sexy and very addictive. I found 'Mackenzie Fire' was just as good, if not better than the first!
Mackenzie Fire focuses on Ian Mackenzie this time, and he is well worth reading about. But, it is Candice that steels the show in my eyes. This girl had me laughing out loud throughout the whole book. Her wit, her courage, and her sarcasm had me loving her from the very first page. This girl is hilarious!
Of course Gavin (Mack) and Andie (from Shine Not Burn) play a role in the book, and it was great to read their characters again, however you don't need to read this to enjoy Mackenzie Fire.
This book stands out as one of the funniest romance stories I've read, I sat there grinning through the whole book, as Candice's one-liners are unforgettable!
Read this if you love a bit of humour with a sexy theme and hot cowboys! You will be glad you one clicked this one. A guaranteed laugh and you will fall in love with Ian (he is one fine cowboy) (less)
